Statement concerning legal and illegal gambling:

The Spartanburg Touchdown Club recognizes and supports the NCAA's opposition to all forms of legal and illegal sports wagering on college student-athletes.  This has been the goal of the Spartanburg Touchdown Club for a long time.

The Club will further make its commitment to student-athletes to honor and protect the well being of scholastic and student athletes from all schools.

The Club will further in conjunction with high schools and colleges/universities steer all athletes, coaches, fans and the administration away from any form of gambling.
